We would love for you to exhibit at this year's Wraysbury Village Fair. Stalls can be booked in any of the central positions A to D shown below in our layout map. Let us know which stall row you would prefer to be positioned when completing your booking and we'll do our best to accommodate that.

STALL REQUIREMENTS

Please note: Standard stall positions A, B, C, D are 3m x 3m and can be booked by Businesses, Charities, Schools and Youth Groups, excluding fairground/amusements and food organisations. Multiple pitches can be booked individually by selecting the required quantity below.

We will try to accommodate your chosen area but cannot guarantee to do this. Pitches are booked on the understanding that exclusivity cannot be guaranteed.

We do not allow more than 1 type of food option to exhibit. Please contact us prior to booking to check availability a food stall.

You must be covered by your own public liability insurance - please attach a copy to your booking form
Alcoholic prizes or purchases are NOT to be given to under 18s
DO NOT supply (as prizes or purchases) toy guns, silly string or spray hair colour
Amplified sound allowed is NOT permitted
Last vehicular entry for setup is 12 noon
All cars need to be removed from the village green into the car park between 12:30 - 16:00
Stall holders are responsible for ensuring marquees/gazebos are secure and weighted
